LARS HENRIKSEN
Chairman

Lars Henriksen (1943) has taken over as the Chairman of Zalaris. Lars has been an active member of our board since Zalaris was founded and has contributed to our focused growth.  He has extensive experience in developing and running Nordic businesses as a Managing Partner for Accenture in the Nordics.   He was instrumental in building Accenture’s Nordic operations from the late 80’s to 2000.  Lars has been effective in this new role since September 1.

Lars replaces Diderik Schnitler who has left our board to focus on other new opportunities within the Energy/Oil sector.
                                                                                                                    
Narve Reiten
Board Member

Narve Reiten (1961) founded Reiten & Co ASA in 1992, Reiten & Co Strategic Investments AS and Reiten & Co Direct Investments i 1999 . He obtained the degrees Siviløkonom from The Norewgian School of Management (BI) in 1987 and Authorized Financial Analyst from The Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) in 1991.
 
John M. Bjerkan
Board Member

John M. Bjerkan (1967) has experience as Project Manager in Telenor and Analyst from PA Consulting . He is currently Partner with Reiten & Co. Bjerkan obtained the degrees as Siviløkonom in 1992 and MBA in 1997. Both from The Norwegian School of Management (BI).

Hans-Petter Mellerud    
President and CEO of Zalaris, Board Member

Hans-Petter Mellerud     (1960) is the founder of ZALARIS. Prior to founding the company he was a Partner with Andersen Consulting where he was responsible for Business Development in Andersen Consulting’s Nordic Outsourcing unit. His educational background includes a Bachelor of Science Magna Cum Laude as well as a Master of Science Cum Laude in Computer Science from The University of Tulsa, USA. He also has a MBA from IMD, Lausanne, Switzerland.
