Zalaris is a privately held company. Reiten & Co's fourth fund is Zalaris'
biggest shareholder with 52% of the shares. The remaing shares are primarily owned by Zalaris' founders, management and employees. Reiten & Co have invested in 11 small to medium sized Nordic companies since 1996, of which six have had successful exits through the stock exchange or sale to international trade buyers.
