Hans-Petter Mellerud

Hans-Petter Mellerud (1960) is the founder of Zalaris. Prior to founding the company he was a Partner with Accenture where he was responsible for Business Development in Accenture’s Nordic Outsourcing unit. He also held a Director position with Accenture establishing their Stavanger based Accounting Shared Services Unit integrating accounting operations for companies as BP Amoco, Conoco and BP Mobil in the Nordic region. Prior to Accenture, Mellerud worked with outsourcing related issues as Managing Director and consultant with companies in Germany and Switzerland. His educational background includes a MBA from IMD, Lausanne, Switzerland and a Bachelor of Science Magna Cum Laude as well as a Master of Science Cum Laude in Computer Science from The University of Tulsa, USA. He is an officer from the The Norwegian Cavalry School of Officers (Befalsskolen for Kavaleriet) and served at The Norwegian Army para-ranger school (Hærens Jegerskole).

Peter Thomas Gogstad

Peter Gogstad (1964) is responsible for Zalaris Consulting.
Prior to joining Zalaris Peter was an executive with Arthur Andersen Business Consulting where he was responsible for implementing large ERP systems in Norwegian and International companies.
Peter has a Masters degree (Siv.Øk) in Economics and a Certification as Information Systems Auditor from the Norwegian School of Management (BI).

NILS OLE KROGSTAD

CFO - Chief financial Officer

Nils Ole Krogstad (1969) is the CFO of Zalaris. Prior to joining Zalaris he was an Executive with Accenture’s Corporate Transaction Services organization. His main responsibility was financial deal shaping of all large and complex transactions in the Nordic countries. He also held an executive position as a Business Developer in Accenture’s Nordic Outsourcing unit. The typical deal would be any combination of; Consulting, Outsourcing, Offshoring, M&A, Start Ups, Alliances and Joint Ventures. The contract value would typically be from 50-250 mUSD. Nils Ole has management experience working with outsourcing since 1998.

Nils Ole holds a Master of Science Degree in Industrial Economics from the University of Stavanger. He also has a Master of Management Degree form the Norwegian School of Management.

BJÖRN MATTSSON

Björn Mattsson (1966) is responsible for the delivery of Zalaris’ outsourced services in all countries Zalaris operates in.

Prior to joining Zalaris he has held different managerial positions in the medical device industry. The latest as General Manager of Mölnlycke Health Care’s units in the Czech Republic.

During his 15 years in managerial positions he has delivered outstanding product and service quality to customers in every corner of the world, often with a net annual value of over 100 MEUR. He has managed operations where outsourced services and manufacturing have been key to the business. Another focus area has been to establish state-of-the-art HR-procedures for the benefit of the customer.

He has furthermore been an associated consultant to ComActivity advising on and selling ERP-software solutions and platforms. His experience reaches from a small start-up company to global corporations.

Björn’s educational background includes master studies at the University of Technology in Luleå, Sweden; IFL School of Management in Sigtuna, Sweden; and Finance studies at MIT Sloan in Cambridge, Massachusetts, USA.

JAN ERIK NESSMO

Jan Erik Nessmo (1967) is responsible for Zalaris consulting services in Norway and is Managing Director of Zalaris Consulting AS in Norway.
Zalaris Consulting AS focuses on and delivers consulting services within SAP HR, SAP integration, Enterprise Portals and project management. Prior to accepting this responsibility Jan Erik worked as project manager delivering SAP HR projects externally and internally with primary focus on developing methodology and tools for delivering transition projects for Zalaris' outsourcing customers. Jan Erik has a varied background within IT and project management. Prior to joining Zalaris Jan Erik worked for 9 years with Accenture where he gained experience in project management, methodology, ERP solutions, enterprise integration technologies and IT architecture in an international market.

Jan Erik holds a Masters degree in Computer Science from NTNU, Trondheim, Norway.
