We will focus on transactional activities as payroll, expense claims and processing of timesheets. No market leader in this segment currently exists. Our expansion is based on acquisitions and organic growth. Zalaris management has extensive experience in the management of outsourcing sales processes.
We will create a work environment where employees continuously will be stimulated to develop both professionally and personally through challenging work, active competency management and job rotation. Our compensation model is based on competitive salary and performance based bonuses. We are establishing an option program for our employees.
