THE EMPLOYMENT PROCESS

Step 1
Send application including CV/Resume with e-mail to hans-petter.mellerud@zalaris.com All electronic documents should be sent in Microsoft Word or *.RTF format. Please indicate which position you are interested in.

Step 2
All applications will be evaluated on a continuous basis and matched with Zalaris' needs. Qualified candidates will be contacted within three working days of Zalaris receiving the application. Rejected candidates will be notified within one week.

Step 3
One interview with acceptable candidates will be performed within 14 days of Zalaris receiving the application. Interviews will primarily be held on Zalaris premises in the presence of a representative from Zalaris management. Personality testing will be used on a case-by-case basis.

Step 4
Within two working days of completing interviews and testing, Zalaris will contact the best qualified candidate by phone with a binding offer of employment. Written offer will immediately follow by mail or fax.

Zalaris will in all processes related to application for work put the applicant in focus. We will strive to make speedy decisions and inform the applicant throughout the process.
